Summary
Ital team member for Global Customer Service (GCS) Education Services.Design, create, and maintain innovative learning solutions for high-tech medication management.Act as a strategic partner, understanding performance needs and constraints to develop creative learning solutions.Manage relationships with key business partners for product use, installation, support, and service.Execute essential components of GCS Education Services strategy for associates and customers.
Key Responsibilities

Support collaboration between service functions and training programs.Work with various teams to align business and training strategies.Prioritize individual tasks within team goals, even with multiple demands.Instructional Design And ELearning
Create creative learning solutions using various methods and eLearning tools.Collaborate with experts and partners to enhance learning using adult learning principles.Work with instructors on learning solutions.Apply current research and methods in instructional design.Use user experience and responsive design principles.Use agile development methods.Learning And Performance Consulting
Assess learning and performance needs to make efficient plans.Partner with leaders and stakeholders to develop technical learning solutions with measurable results.Support high-quality training and performance solutions.Resolve issues effectively and with a solution-oriented approach.Collaborate with diverse teams.Project Management
Coordinate with instructors to align with education programs and learning paths.Stay updated on product developments and manage curriculum for assigned products.Lead, monitor, and report on project progress and metrics accurately.Adapt to changes in business strategy and contribute to a complex environment.Create and maintain detailed project plans for each project.Manage workload in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects.Business Relationships & Alignment
Support cross-business initiatives in Education Services.Manage professional communications across various platforms.Adapt to evolving business strategies and navigate a complex organization structure.Perform other assigned duties as needed.Skills
Develop effective learning solutions based on knowledge of learning methods, cognitive science, and user-centered design.Quickly grasp new products, apps, and systems.Proficient in agile, iterative development methods.Strong communicator, both in writing and verbally.Adaptable, responds positively to complexity and change.Comfortable in a constantly changing environment.Education
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or related field required. Master's degree in related fields preferred.Experience
2+ years of experience in Instructional Design or eLearning solutions.Desired Skills & Knowledge
Proficiency in required learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience in developing eLearning, technical training videos, documentation, and presentations stored in a Learning Management System (LMS).Preferred industry experience in global customer support or medical device product support.
