If so, joining our company as an Associate Marketing Manager for Skin Health HCP at Kenvue might be a flawless fit for you.Kenvue develops and markets beloved brands that address the needs of consumers and health care professionals worldwide. Our portfolio ranges across three distinct business units:· Essential Health brands include BAND-AID Brand, LISTERINE, and JOHNSON’S Baby.As the Associate Marketing Manager (ABM) for US, you will report directly to the Head of Skin Health Healthcare Professional (HCP) and will be responsible for maximizing the activation of our company’s scientific leadership for a portion of our Skin Health Business. This ABM will partner with the US Consumer Team and multiple cross-functional partners to execute the end-to-end healthcare professional plans that align with the overall brand operating plans and ultimately drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:

Shape and drive execution of a portion of skin health business activation plan for one of our key skin brands that aligns with the respective brand’s strategies and business objectives.Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current environment and industry trends, digital advancements, category and competitive analysis.Partner with CBI to identify unique connection points, unmet needs and insights with target that improves the quality of content intended to change patient behavior.Work with various agencies (Creative, Media, Digital/CRM) to develop branded materials/advertising to support the activation plans.Partner with cross-functional team to develop KOL and scientific engagement strategy.Collaborate with US Professional Contracted Sales Organization (CSOs) to deliver strategic business priorities and ensure excellence.Maintain quality and compliance through timely training and strict adherence to procedures.Qualifications:

Education:A BA/BS in Marketing or a related business field is required; MBA is preferred.A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Package Goods is required.Experience in brand marketing management and sales leadership is preferred.Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, highly complex, matrixed environment is required.High level of drive and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization is required.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally, is strongly preferred.Proficient in applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to quickly learn new applications and processes is strongly preferred.This position requires up to 25% domestic travel.What’s In It For You
