Job Description:

Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Undergraduate Enrollment, Senior Associate or Associate Director will recruit and admit qualified students to Emmanuel College and coordinate the admissions marketing plan in order to meet the enrollment goals of the college and to support the mission of Emmanuel College.Essential responsibilities will include:Assist in the development and management of short-term and long-term strategic marketing and communication plans for traditional and international prospective studentsDevelop, execute and evaluate the print and email communication sequence to prospective students, including facilitating all mailings and email campaignsReview, edit and develop content for print and online materialsServe as liaison to the college marketing and communication office to collaborate on digital marketing, in-house publications and web site updatesServe as a member of the Undergraduate Enrollment Senior Leadership Team.Recruit domestic first year students through attendance at high school visits, college fairs and other programs (travel required)Review domestic first year applications and make admission decisionsMaintain contact with perspective students by telephone and correspondenceAttend professional development conferences and workshops

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and preferably a Master's degree. Candidates should have at least four years of experience in admissions, recruitment, marketing or a related field
