Parsippany PreferredWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Marketing Automation to support the Marketing Automation team at Zoetis. This role will be responsible for holding SOPs and business requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, executing targeted campaigns in partnership with digital marketing, and serving a partner in developing personalized content and journeys to support the US business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Roadmap and Business Requirements Ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud:
Work closely with commercial partners to understand their needs and translate them into detailed business requirements for IT business partners as US roadmap for capabilities.Ensure clear communication and alignment between business and IT teams to facilitate the successful implementation of marketing automation solutions related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Design business requirements and ensure proper backlogging and process creation based on the needs of commercial partners.Develop and implement effective SOPs and processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Technical Execution of Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Execute Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, including the digital HTML building of emails, landing pages, and automation into lead routing tools.Build and optimize customer journeys from a technical point of view, ensuring seamless and personalized customer experiences.Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools to create, test, and deploy digital marketing campaigns.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and IT teams, to ensure successful project delivery including optimization of digital tactics to leverage the full breadth of automation capabilities including journey building and personalization.Coordinate with Zoetis Global Digital Teams & Salesforce experts to leverage global best practices and technologies.Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and collaboration required.Position Responsibilities:Accountability of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, coordination with Zoetis Global Digital Teams translating business requirements and issues based on needs of commercial partners. This includes proper backlogging, SOPs, and expansion of new communications and integrations as needed.Executing brand campaigns across species including email creation, landing page, SMS creation and reporting including being a consultant in workshops and tactics to drive optimization and usage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Partnering with digital marketing to leverage existing capabilities through workshopping, tactical planning and optimization.Education and Experience:Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Strong technical skills in HTML, email building, landing pages, and marketing automation tools.Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Proven experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and managing SOPs.Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business, or related fields.Knowledge of lead routing tools and customer journey mapping.Experience working with Azure, Tableau, Lead Scoring, Audience Builder, preferred.Experience developing customized marketing cloud solutions including data extensions, APIs, data management and user management, preferred.Technical Skill Requirements:Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification, Required.Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification, Preferred.Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification, Preferred.Physical Skill Requirements:Parsippany preferred, remote considered. Position is based in Parsippany, NJ. Travel requirement: less than 20%.
