This role involves the development and execution of BI strategies, implementation of data visualization tools, and fostering the adoption of data-driven decision-making processes.Your key responsibilities:Develop, execute, and maintain a comprehensive BI and data visualization strategy that aligns with organizational goals.Lead the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (BI COE), focusing on the development of BI strategies and best practices.Manage the design, development, and deployment of advanced data visualizations and dashboards.Foster relationships with business units to understand their data needs.Evaluate, select, and implement business intelligence and data visualization tools.Define and track performance metrics for BI initiatives.Create and enforce policies ensuring data accuracy and compliance.Foster a data-driven culture through training and mentorship.Develop scalable BI reporting processes.Collaborate with the data governance team to ensure alignment of initiatives with governance policies.To qualify for the role, you must have:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Minimum 15 years of experience in implementing large scale Data & Analytics platforms.Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing various functional teams within ED&A.Experience in leading BI engineering teams and delivering data capabilities.Expertise in BI methodologies and data visualization tools.In-depth knowledge of data lake, data warehouse, and data science concepts.Hands-on experience with on-prem & cloud data platforms.Experience in implementing data security and governance tools.Experience in handling high volumes of data in various formats.Experience in Cloud transformation strategies.Experience with DevOps and DataOps products.Excellent data analysis and SQL proficiency.Proven history of establishing and driving the vision of a BI COE.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Experience in managing cross-functional teams.Thorough understanding of data governance policies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.What we look for:We are seeking enthusiastic leaders who have a clear vision and commitment to data technology.
