About The RoleAs a Web Designer, you will be an integral part of the Digital Media team at JPMS. You will collaborate with peers and stakeholders to develop/execute scalable front-end solutions that enhance our customer experience. The Web Designer will assist in the implementation and ongoing support of digital projects while adhering to our brand guidelines and reinforcing our company identity.

What You Will DoDesign and build Amazon Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and A++ contentCollaborate with the team to develop scalable front-end solutionsBuild and maintain website updatesDesign and prepare email marketing campaignsUpload and tag digital assets to repository(ies)Test and optimize digital experiences

What You'll Need:Skills:Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, digital and web softwareWorking knowledge of HTML/CSSWorking knowledge of UX/UI best practicesWorking knowledge of Amazon's guidelines for EBC and A++ contentSolid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and brandingWorking knowledge of accessibility + SEO best practicesProactive, creative thinkerDetail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent organizational skills with design files

Education:High school diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or related field preferred

Experience:3 years' experience in a web designer role1 year experience working within Magento 2 environment1 year experience in building + maintaining Amazon Storefront(s) using A++ ContentBeauty industry experience preferred

Competitive Compensation:The expected hourly range for this position is $31.25-$36.06/hour.Discretionary Bonus Plan eligibility based on performance.Comprehensive Benefits Package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.
