Internal Communications Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Specialist to join us for a 6+ month on-site consulting gig! If you have a background in mortgage or financial services, that's a big plus! In this role, you'll be crafting and fine-tuning messages that keep the employees in the loop about our goals and strategies. You'll get to use all sorts of communication tools and programs to help everyone feel connected and engaged with our clients' culture.

Salary: $20 - $23 per hourShift: FirstWork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMEducation: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and deploy communication content for all site locations for management reviewDevelop communications that engage employees and corporate culture initiativesLeverage internal communication channels including company intranet, closed circuit TVs, etc.Participate in the development of communication planEnsure communications are aligned with organization’s strategic vision/planSupport communication strategy and content with research and industry newsPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
