Marketing Director

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.DutiesAssist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling attorney meetings in regard to realtor needs (not closings) and organizing files in association with these meetings.Writing and editing content for marketing materials such as e-blasts, social media posts, blog articles, website, etc.Assisting in the development of creative concepts and copy for marketing campaigns.Compile realtor data as necessary to assist in the development of marketing strategies.Manage social media accounts by posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with the audience.Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, continuing education classes, promotional activities, etc.Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and ensure the smooth operation of events.Create visual content for marketing materials.Manage communications with external vendors and partners.Website design needs, additions, functionality, etc.Tracking marketing budgets and expenses.Qualifications2+ years proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role.Proficient with digital marketing.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Willing to collaborate.Creative.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passion for staying current with market trends and best practices in the industry.Pay will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offExperience:Marketing: 2 years (Required)Ability to Commute:Anderson, SC 29625 (Required)Work Location:
