Responsibilities:

Meet with potential new customers as well as existing customers to engage directly and build a professional relationship and maintain longevity of customer loyaltyIdentify promotional sales opportunities in order to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with the appropriate guidance alongside periodic evaluationsMentorship of the existing team and potential new team membersContinued education in promotional customer service, customer engagement, and sales techniquesLearn existing promotional sales systems for assigned clients through leveled training and development with an assigned promotional sales managerFor local campaigns ensure to prove compliant for our clients and research the territory assigned

Qualifications:

Prior work experience in a customer service or customer facing based role is preferredStrong critical thinking skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work well in teamsReliable transportationProven work experience being able to engage directly with a team or individuals and maintain company standards
