Venture Scout at Notable Capital , Christian is dedicated to building strong connections within the tech and real estate sectors. He is on a mission to establish himself as a thought leader among the German-speaking community in South Florida and New York.

Currently, he's seeking a proactive, self-starting Content & Marketing Intern with fluency in both German and English.

The ideal candidate will help Christian create and distribute engaging content targeted at German-speaking audiences. This is a part-time position, perfect for students or professionals looking to leverage their skills in marketing, PR, or journalism while working independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and publish articles in German, focusing on real estate, entrepreneurship, traveling, and international business.

Conduct research and analysis on specific topics, including real estate buildings, and prepare articles for publication.

Develop content for a German-language website, including blog posts.

Assist with outreach efforts, pitching Christian for guest appearances on podcasts and other media platforms.

Research existing businesses, conduct interviews with key individuals, and provide detailed summaries and insights without requiring constant supervision.

Identify and explore interesting stories that Christian can comment on, leveraging his expertise in real estate and investment.

Utilize defined copy for sales outreach.

Track and report on key performance indicators, focusing on LinkedIn impressions and engagement.

Assist with basic website building and maintenance on WordPress, ensuring the site is visually appealing and up-to-date.

Requirements:

Fluency in German (B1-B2 minimum) and English (C1)

is required.

Background and interest in Marketing, PR, or Journalism,

with a basic understanding of finance and real estate.

Strong self-starter

with the ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision.

Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity),

and basic website management on WordPress.

Proactive team player:

willing to contribute ideas and collaborate creatively with Christian.

Adaptability & intelligence:

you’ll need to quickly adapt to work with various digital tools and new information.

Multitasking skills:

you feel confident juggling multiple types of tasks at a time.

Excellent organizing skills:

you track each task in your calendar, always check that everything is done on time, never forget about clients or colleagues and proactively communicate with them.

Your main KPIs in this role would include:

Increase in LinkedIn impressions and engagement;

Effective content creation leading to brand visibility among German-speaking audiences;

Successful media outreach and podcast placements.

Working hours:

You’ll need to adjust your schedule to overlap with Christian daily for

4 hours between 9 am and 5 pm Miami time (EST) .

What we offer:

Part-time job (4 working hours per day, 5/2). We're open for students looking to gain experience alongside their studies, however, we will not consider candidates planning to combine with several jobs.

Remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city, just need a good Internet connection, a computer to work from, and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule for the team.

Stability - this is not an internship or project work; we consider only the candidates looking for a long-term commitment of 1.5+ years.

Salary will be discussed at the interview. Paid in USD.
