Aquent’s leading entertainment client is looking for a marketing coordinator to join their streaming team. This talent will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, love a good challenge, and be a good human. They can wrangle information from multiple sources, distill it, and repackage it with a nice easy-to-read bow on top. This talent will have to always be two steps ahead, love solving creative problems, and be an excellent communicator.Responsibilities:Contribute to the development of multiplatform marketing campaigns, from strategy development to final deliverables and reporting.Develop & maintain campaign timeline documents, working closely with partners across social, creative, press, and more.Assist in the development of strategy brief presentations & campaign presentations.Lead day-to-day deliverable execution for paid media and marketing campaigns, working closely with internal and external Creative teams, media agency, & Social team. Includes timeline and process management & QA of all requested specs & delivered assets.Request company data through appropriate channels for paid media campaigns.Coordinate agenda, maintain invitee lists, & compile and send notes from all Pod meetings.Must haves:1-2 years of experience with an entertainment company (internship experience is fine)Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skillsBe detail-oriented, work well under deadline pressure, and be extremely flexible.Interpret directions and follow through with assignments to completionBe proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.93 to $33.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.Client Description
