Job Type: Content Creator/MarketingJob Description and Duties:
We are seeking a well-rounded, self-led, and motivated individual to join our team as a Content Creator/Social Media Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to utilize social media, graphic design, photography, video editing, and copywriting across various platforms.Pay Scale:
We are offering competitive compensation ($18-$25 to start) that will be discussed at the time of interview/hiring and is based on experience. We pay above minimum wage and expect the same commitment in return. Benefits include matched 401k, PTO, sick pay, paid holidays, employee purchase program, and participation in manufacturer rewards programs.Minimum Requirements:- Legally allowed to possess firearms and pass a state-mandated background check.- Genuine interest in firearms and the firearms industry.- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).- Proficiency with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).- Experience with digital photography and photo-editing software.- Proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, etc.).- Copywriting and copy-editing skills.- Excellent communication skills.- A degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field is preferred but not required.To Apply:
