Responsibilities:
Lead UX Design Efforts:
Ensure high quality and high velocity design output for yourself and the team.Collaborate:
Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and other stakeholders to integrate UX design into the product development process.Design Execution:
Guide the team in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement.Ensure Consistency:
Maintain guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across all products.Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of design assets and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in UX design with at least 8 years in a leadership or management role.Portfolio:
A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design skills and successful project outcomes.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.Problem Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Collaboration:
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
