Product Marketing Manager, Marketplace Monetization

The Product Marketing Manager, Marketplace Monetization merchandiser will be responsible for improving customer experience and growing our business. They will plan, coordinate, and build new pages and merchandising opportunities across the marketplace as well as create and analyze metrics dashboards following traffic, click through, conversion, adoption, and other web metrics. They will report on performance and action plans along with proposing, developing, and executing new upsell and cross-sell capabilities, partnering with business and technical teams to achieve goals. They will also help drive feature launches and site improvements to completion by coordinating with project managers, developers, designers, and peers across the organization.

Responsibilities

Handling design, tracking, merchandising, and owning complete responsibility for monetization campaignsTracking and analyzing customer needs based on customer behavior including searching, browsing, and purchasingExecuting the marketing plan including retargeting programs, cross-category placements, etc.Designing and executing successful online customer experiencesIdentifying problems and opportunities and responding accordingly, engaging cross-functional teams where necessaryAnalyzing and sharing relevant metrics and best practices from the executed initiatives across the organizationDeveloping, testing, and analyzing new tactics to increase conversion ratesEmbody our Culture and ValuesQualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in businessOR equivalent experience.Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.Experience in product marketing or prior experience with web technology.Demonstrated ability to synthesize audience insights.Cross functional leadership experience, with the ability to create clarity, align shared priorities, and influence virtual teams to deliver successful outcomes.Communication skills, with the ability to simply articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and influence at the senior leadership level.Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, making informed decisions based on data and common principles to ensure the success of the project or team.Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
