ADP is hiring a

Communications Manager.

Role Overview:

The Communications Manager is responsible for: (1) developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively engage and help retain our clients across their life-cycle journey; and (2) preparing internal communications to help drive associate engagement. This individual will work closely with the sales, implementation, service, and data teams to ensure communications are consistent, timely, tailored, and impactful.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, innovative thinker, and has a proven track record managing communications strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and oversee the implementation of the agency's client communication plan, including digital communications and other client engagement activations.

Work closely with the marketing team to align communications with marketing strategies and brand messaging.

Create engaging and informative messaging tailored to different client segments, ensuring clear communication of our services, updates, and industry news.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to improve client engagement and satisfaction.

Collaborate with the implementation and service teams to identify client needs and feedback, using insights to inform communication strategies.

Leverage client success stories, following ADP’s testimonial guidelines

Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to ensure our communications are relevant and insightful.

Support ongoing client communication needs efforts and collaborate with internal partners as appropriate.

Create content in a variety of formats consistent with marketing communications best practices

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in communications or a related role, preferably within the insurance industry

· Experience with designing marketing campaigns in Eloqua required

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging content for a variety of audiences

· Proven ability to develop and implement successful communication strategies

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

· Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics monitoring

· Knowledge of and experience with AI-driven content generation tools a plus

· Experience with other marketing tools and technologies (e.g., On24) a plus
