Job Description Key Responsibilities Design, implement, manage, analyze, & effectively communicate marketing research initiatives on pipeline & inline assets on behalf of the Migraine team. Derive high-impact learnings from qualitative & quantitative primary research, coupled with secondary data finds & partner across Brand partners & external agencies to inform strategic & tactical decision-making. Influence decisions based upon careful & strategic thinking & in-depth understanding of the business is critical to success. Monitor & manage research programs within budget & identify opportunities for cost savings where appropriate.
Qualifications Education & Experience Most possess a BA or BS degree in Marketing or Marketing Research or Lifesciences related degree required with 7 years of marketing research &/or analytics work experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry. Of the required work experience, must have 7 years: (i) acting as a market research lead & intelligence partner supporting marketing teams, focused on providing strategic insights, forming a trusted relationship, & staying abreast of commercial issues & trends; (ii) maintaining organizational knowledge of the market, competitive trends, & industry developments related to therapeutic categories, synthesizing knowledge & communicating this knowledge to internal stakeholders; (iii) managing & collaborating with research suppliers; (iv) performing syntheses of learnings of primary & secondary data to develop actionable insights & strategic recommendations for the business; & (v) working with a matrixed team involved in pharmaceutical drug development life cycle to inform business strategies & anticipate internal/external challenges. Work experience may be gained concurrently.
