Any Hour Services is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air that has been in business for over 50 years and is the platform company for the Any Hour Group. We have a great environment and culture focused on growth, development, and retention. We are looking for a Brand & Creative Director to join our marketing team and provide creative management for our marketing team efforts and processes for the brands in the Any Hour Group. This is a full-time in-office position (40+ hours) at our office in Orem, UT.
We are seeking a Brand & Creative Director who will have the responsibility over our creative teams, including video, graphic design, and social media. This role involves developing and executing innovative brand strategies and campaigns across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will excel in creative process, leadership, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Team Management
Manage, develop, and motivate creative staff; foster a collaborative and innovative environment; provide constructive feedback
Creative strategy and execution
Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop creative strategies; oversee the creative process from ideation to delivery
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all media
Project & resource management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously; implement efficient workflows; track and report on team performance; deliver content on time and within budget
