Develops, coordinates, and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy or,
Master's Degree - Physical Therapy or,
D.P.T. - Physical Therapy.
Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
