Job Description
Vuori is seeking a highly motivated digital designer to join our quickly growing creative and marketing team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of work including but not limited to design and production of digital advertising, email marketing assets, social media, content creation and more. Expertise in Photoshop, XD with strong foundations in digital design and responsive applications. In addition, the position requires thorough knowledge of digital techniques, industry standards and best practices as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight turnarounds.

What you'll get to do:Design Digital Marketing Assets for Vuori including advertisements, emails, digital collateral and social media assetsEnsure all projects are well-planned, creatively outstanding, delivered in a timely fashion and within agreed budgetsReview project work for highest standards of quality, consistency and successWork with the Manager, Site Design and cross functional teams to develop the visual directionKeep up to date with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media and technology as relevant to the design teamCollaborate with other divisions to create a unified look and feel across the brandWork with Marketing, Ecom, advertising and developers to ensure interactive best practicesKeep up with the latest technologies and constantly push the brand forwardAbility to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesDesigners are outstanding teammates and visual communicators who work under the direction of the creative lead and alongside producers, narrators and writersWho you are:
Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience and training3+ years professional experience in a design agency, in-house firm, brand or similar in the fashion industryOutstanding knowledge and expertise in all aspects of layout, typography, illustration, identity, digital production and publishing across editorial formats and platformsDetailed understanding of today's media landscape and how people engage with content, with in-depth knowledge of interactive communication, processes and user-interface design for digital productsStrong time management with ability to toggle between daily and long-term tasks, keeping workstreams moving forward simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and visual communication skills; adept at communicating and defending creative workAttention to detail and meticulous organizational skills in service of your creative projectsProactive approach to identifying and acting on ways to improve the work, continually pushing the vision forwardAble to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skillsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and AcrobatExperience with Figma is a plusExpertise utilizing Adobe Creative Suite in a MAC environmentExperience with both web design and digital asset creationExperience with photo image manipulation and retouchingWorking knowledge of HTML and CSSStrong design and typographic skillsStrong knowledge of UI/UX and 3D applications is a plusMust be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExpertise in responsive design strategy is a plusVideo and motion graphic experience a plusAdditional Information

The salary range for this role is $70,000 per year - $80,000 per year.
