Experience Level: 12+ yearsNote: Only locals in CAThe OpportunityThe Product Manager role will drive the prioritization, planning, and execution of enterprise-scale technology solutions, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the solutions. The candidate is passionate about the Marketing process, technical capabilities of Marketo to Lead systems, and the people that use them! This individual will work with internal stakeholders across Marketing and Operations to resolve day-to-day issues and prioritize critical business requirements in support of the Market to Lead technology roadmap. This person will partner with Product Managers, System Analysts, and Development teams to support and deliver technology solutions that provide exceptional user experiences.What You Need to Succeed3-5 years of product management experience, and experience launching large-scale technology solutions while supporting organizational change is requiredExperience and knowledge within the Market to Lead process, Marketing Operations, and integration of Marketing enterprise systems with CRMsSelf-starter that thrives in the face of challengesProven track record to operate effectively with general mentorship on new projectsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences; as well as communicate effectively to individual contributors, management, and executive leadershipExperience presenting and advocating programs to internal partners and usersStrong communications skills, with the distinctive ability to empower and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationshipExcellent negotiation, conflict management, and resolution skills - you respectfully facilitate teams to the successful mitigation of issuesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or relevant work experience; expertise in working with Marketing solutions or related function is highly desirableExtensive knowledge of customer master data model concepts and processes for auditing and maintaining data integrity
