With locations on both coasts in San Diego, CA and North Charleston, SC, we serve businesses nationwide with a comprehensive range of services including custom merchandise, branded apparel, promotional products, signage and displays, and e-commerce fulfillment.Job SummaryAs a Creative Director at Team Phun, you will be the driving force behind our creative vision, leading a team of talented individuals to deliver impactful and compelling designs for client's brands. This also includes leading a team to work with our Phun-tastic sales and production teams creating visual mockups and production files. Your creative prowess and strategic mindset will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our brand and our clients' brands, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.Key Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)Lead and inspire a team of designers and other creative professionals (both domestically and abroad) to produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the company's objectives while working in a fast paced environmentDevelop and implement creative strategies that elevate the brand, as well as client's brands and resonate with our target audienceDevelop and implement marketing strategies for new products or services for the company and clientsCreate and manage marketing strategies or projects for clients using different mediumsWork with the sales department in obtaining knowledge of client requirementsStay on top of trends and potential new solutions within the creative departmentWork with the Director of Sales in pricing/selling creative servicesMonitor results of the creative team efforts and propose actions for the futureOversee the conceptualization and execution of all creative projects, from initial ideation to final deliveryCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaignsDelegate building out sales and marketing collateral for the sales team, ensuring materials are compelling and aligned with brand guidelinesHelp build efficiencies in current day-to-day projects for the creative team by identifying process improvements, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices.Work closely with the production team to ensure print files are correct and meet quality standards before final productionTrain company new hires on creative processes, artwork guidelines, etc.Work alongside the digital services team to create variable data templates/graphics for client sitesWork closely with Ownership and Department Directors to create annual plan to meet/exceed organizational objectivesEffectively track and manage the Creative department's progress toward annual revenue goals (both department and company level), ensuring the gross profit from creative projects meet company standardsSkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
