Your Role

and Focused Workstreams

Leadership of the US flagship brand, Country Crock. Responsible for brand strategy, positioning, innovation, and activation. This includes managing the core spreads business but also the launch of a new sub-brand that will extend across 5 categories. Also responsible for leading one of the four US must win battle workstreams, focused on the Country Crock and expected to deliver the majority of value creation for the US business over the next 3 years.

ResponsibilitiesChampion the "Bring the Country In" positioning, building disruptive creative with distinctive assets that the brand can own over time.Lead development and execution of Country Crock brand communication strategy and media plan.Manage relationships with external creative agency partners, building consistent look & feel across all media platforms.Develops robust Business Cases for Innovation projects as well as the long term forecast for the total brand.Lead gate keeping implementation of key innovation projects, ensuring flawless execution at all customer and consumer touch points.Own the Country Crock Masterbrand Brand P&L and manage total A&P.Work with Shopper Marketing team to insure the brand communication strategy is executed at the Customer Level.Monitor and analyze market and competitor performance/activities in order to proactively recommend changes to the annual plan improving growth and competitiveness.Leads cross-functional project teams and work closely with Sales Development to ensure alignment and consistency in go-to-market strategy.Develop compelling trade stories for Customer Teams to help secure listings and support for key initiatives.Skills and Experience Required

Minimum 10 years CPG industry Brand Marketing experience (preferably Food)Minimum of 5 years running the full Brand and P&L over 100 Million DollarsExcellent project management experience and ability to lead others and drive a growth mindsetSeasoned creative development and agency management experienceHigh emotional intelligence with strong organization strategic influencing skills

Compensation range: Base salary $190K to $240K, based on experience, expertise and other legitimate, non-discriminatory factors. Position includes annual bonus opportunity and other competitive health and welfare benefits.
