We're looking for a multifaceted Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to support T-Mobile's fast-growing Advertising Solutions business, which is passionate about connecting brands with their key audiences by providing relevant, data-driven content. T-Mobile Advertising Solutions' goal is to give brands the ability to connect with key consumers with the right message at the right time, on the right device, to drive the right action.

As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive content marketing strategy and execution supporting the portfolio of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions' products and services. This role will define and develop integrated marketing strategies and plans that leverage paid, owned and earned channels/media that align to company priorities and deliver on commercial and brand objectives. Strategic partnership with commercial, operations, media and analytics is a requirement. An understanding of the evolving MarTech/AdTech space and the ability to articulate and positively orchestrate sophisticated marketing plans across multiple channels and teams are essential for success.

Job Responsibilities :Responsible for developing strategy, execution, and content development across digital marketing channels including email, paid media, and LinkedInPlan and execute digital media campaigns to distribute and leverage content across channels for the best results.Develop and manage lead generation channels through a variety of methods including email, paid and search advertising, social and more.Website management and contact forms in alignment with CRMLeverage data, analytics and segmentation to find opportunities and insights and translate needs into executable integrated marketing plans that improve performance and deliver on objectivesWorks closely with leadership across both commercial and brand functions to align campaign plans/priorities and orchestrate teams/resources to bring plans to market on time/on budget.Partners with brand strategy and internal creative teams along with agencies on creation of extraordinary communications and collateral that speaks to the audience and campaign objectivesEducation :Bachelor's Degree (Required)Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)Work Experience :7-10 years of ad sales/ad tech marketing experienceConfirmed understanding of digital marketing and experience including web/ecommerce, media, social, paid search, attribution, optimization, etc. Experience in data driven marketing techniques and traditional database market is crucial.Campaign leadership skills - end to end campaign development including strategy, segmentation, targeting, etc. in a multi-channel/omni-channel environment.Highly experienced with marketing and CRM tech for lead generation and cultivating including Pardot and Salesforce.Experience with Adobe Analytics.Understand funnels, ecosystems, advertiser behaviors to identify opportunities and drive ROI.Successful execution of B2B email marketing campaigns.Expert in B2B marketing, including MQL and SQL.Proficient with budget planning and performance reporting skills.An ability to initiate and steer projects to completionUnderstanding of social media channels and how to optimize social media campaigns.Desire to be a part of a team and contribute to the organization and team goals.Ability to utilize research, make inferences and make data-driven decisions.* At least 18 years of age* Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $109,200 - $196,900 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
