Job Description***Only qualified Creative Art Director candidates located near the Dallas, TX area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

A Lead Designer is a primary project team member who takes ownership over design discipline-specific work on projects to help create enduring brand love through expertise and leadership. Consistently creates complex, original design concepts, and oversees and coordinates production of deliverables. Responsible for refining design iterations for projects.

Education/Experience:• BFA/BS (or equivalent experience) in design.• Minimum of 3-7 years of related experience in design.• Technical and software skills related to the discipline.• Ability to draw or represent design thinking using the traditional design tools, including hand skills.• Thinking strategically as well as aesthetically.• Effective visual, verbal, and written communication skills

TOP 5 SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Conceptualizes, plans, produces, and/or refines a diverse range of creative ideas/concepts, specialized graphic, and/or illustrative material against a set strategic brief.2. Communication skills: Owns and is accountable for assigned projects while understanding deadlines and budgets and maintaining quality of output. Pro-actively manages up with the practice leads and leadership to provide insight and feedback on project status and their work.3. Knowledge of design and proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative suite, Animation, and After-Effects.4. Design systems experience.5. Multi-channel digital first experience.
