Graphics Designer

Job Description: Graphic DesignerLocation: Parsippany NJ 07054Payrate: 40 - 42/hr (minimum of 40+ hrs per week)Contract on W2 to Permanent positionOverviewThe Graphic Designer is a key member of the Creative Services team, responsible for creating and modifying visual assets for a wide range of marketing materials. They will collaborate with other team members to ensure that all designs align with the brand's identity and meet the project's objectives.ResponsibilitiesDesign and Layout: Create new and/or edit existing marketing materials, including packaging, sell sheets, brochures, promotions, advertisements, and other collateral.Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, including typography, color, and other design elements.Create mock-ups for presentations and conceptual pitches.Collaboration: Work closely with Associate Creative Directors, copywriters, account managers, and production management to develop creative solutions.Collaborate with Packaging Designers to create and modify product packaging.Quality Assurance: Preflight and proofread all materials to ensure accuracy and quality.Adhere to Creative Services tools and best practices, including file management policies, quality control standards, and project management tools.Time Management: Ensure timely and accurate execution of projects, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Experience in packaging design is a must.
