User Experience Designer

Oxford Solutions has an opening with our client for a User Experience (UX) Product Manager.Hybrid work schedule in Pittsbugh, PA.As the User Experience Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating and refining the user experience for products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to ensure that desktop and mobile projects meet the highest standards of usability and design.ResponsibilitiesLead the UX design process for SaaS products, from concept to launch, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across all platforms.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features based on user needs and business goals.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for desktop and mobile projects.Oversee the implementation of UX best practices, ensuring that all designs are aligned with industry standards and current trends.Stay actively engaged in the SaaS and UI/UX community, keeping abreast of the latest developments and integrating them into our design processes.Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, ensuring that user experience is prioritized throughout the product development cycle.Maintain and update a portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise in UX design and your impact on product success.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Manager or Designer.At least 3 years of hands-on experience designing for desktop and mobile projects.Experience with SaaS products is highly preferred.Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies.Proven ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.Actively engaged in the SaaS and UI/UX community, with a passion for staying current on industry trends.A portfolio of updated work examples demonstrating your experience and design approach.User Experience (UX) Product Manager - 24-00750
