Job Title: Global Consumer Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

We have an opening for a Manager, Global Consumer Marketing managing Franchise Marketing across our Fashion Portfolio. This person will manage global consumer marketing strategy, activations and execution for two important franchises in our portfolio

Furby and Baby Alive.

This person will collaborate with key cross-functional internal and external teams such as Product Management & Marketing, Franchise, Consumer Insights, CMO organization, PR, Social, Creative, Agencies, Partners, and Regional Marketing to deliver outstanding plans,briefs, assets & toolkits that will be leveraged across all Regions.

A day in the life of a Manager, Global Consumer Marketing

Fashion Portfolio:

" Eventize and showcase the brands and products, managing the creation of consumer facing communications and assets for advertising and marketing messaging supporting the fashion portfolio.

" Work with creative teams & agencies to brief and develop content & assets for linear TV, digital and influencer marketing, retail/ eComm and social. Manage briefing process through delivery of assets including stakeholder alignment & approvals.

" Ensure assets efficiently reach target audiences in impactful ways that are culturally relevant and scalable for markets.

" Leverage resources and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure global campaigns are delivered and completed on time and on budget.

" Accurate management and tracking of timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

" Reporting performance based on key metrics.

" Ensure day-to-day marketing inquiries from regions and internal/external partners are being actioned.

" Manage preparations & pitch at internal leadership meetings and presentations.

" Evaluate and implement improvements (as appropriate) to internal processes to enhance collaboration, communication, efficiency, and relationships across key partners (i.e. regional marketing, key account retail leads, media, social, etc.)

" Experience using consumer insights, innovation, and key trends to deliver fresh consumer campaigns that deliver on KPIs

" Solid consumer-centric mindset and commercial foresight, possessing demonstrated ability to use and interpret data, both quantitative and qualitative, to influence decisions

" Relentless curiosity, passion, good humor, and inspiration.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related field

Required Years of Experience

3 years + experience specifically in Marketing/ Advertising/ Media within Client industry and across multiple audience segments

Top 3 skills to have:

1. Marketing/Advertising experience creating consumer centric MSA, eComm assets and marketing communications.

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, building and creating strong and concise stories and recommendations

3. Excellent project management skills, being able to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines
