Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in the Phoenix/Scottsdale office. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Adobe products and Canva, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Create engaging design solutions across various media (print, web, mobile) while adhering to corporate brand guidelines.Collaborate with strategy managers to develop and implement design solutions that meet marketing objectives.Work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to execute project requests.Design and coordinate a variety of digital and print assets, including sales materials, emails, ads, presentations, social media graphics, video, and event support pieces.Update design processes and templates to maximize efficiency and deliver high-quality products.Educate and lead other designers on specialized projects.Interact with internal clients to answer questions and assist with production.Contribute to cross-channel marketing efforts.Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design.Expert knowledge of Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and projects.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced work environment.Familiarity with other design tools and software is a plus.Education:
A degree in graphic design, art, design, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
