Must have qualifications/top 5 skills needed: Development in Articulate Rise, attention to detail, instructional design, organization, effective communication
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor s degree in organizational and/or leadership development, business administration, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Must be certified to create, teach, and implement the following initiatives:
Process improvement, total quality management applications
Psychological and behavioral assessment instruments
Performance management processes and models
Management coaching processes
Instructional design and adult learning theory
In addition, the incumbent must have significant expertise in facilitating adult learning and group dynamics; In-depth formal assessment processes, consulting services, and I measurement practices; and outstanding interpersonal skills. The incumbent must possess a thorough understanding of current human resource law and practice.#J-18808-Ljbffr
