WHAT YOU'LL DOYou will work with the Corporate Social Media Senior Manager and the Global External Relations and Events Director to create and deliver social media content for senior BCG stakeholders and external panellists around BCG's presence at flagship events such as WEF Davos, Cannes Lions, Google Cloud Next, Dreamforce, etc. As a core member of the flagship events team, you will work closely with the social media and broader event project team to create social media content featuring key publications, announcements, speaking opportunities, and key takeaways from BCG's presence pre, during, and post-event. You will draft copy, create visuals and interface directly with senior stakeholders and their marketing teams assisting with their social media presence.YOU'RE GOOD ATYou have exceptional attention to detail and excellent project management and organization, with a high degree of flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, including senior stakeholders in a global, complex, and virtual environment

You have an audience-centric understanding of various social media channels and can adapt voice accordingly

You have experience managing social media profiles for individuals

You are creative and have experience writing copy and creating social media content for various social channels (e.g. video, static imagery, audio)

You have exposure to the context of large third-party events, i.e. Davos, COP, Cannes Lions

You have a demonstrated ability to effectively juggle competing priorities

You are able to perform successfully and in a positive and friendly manner in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment in keeping with BCG's values and culture

You have a "whatever it takes" team player and collaborative attitude

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Undergraduate degree from a respected institution required

2-4+ years professional experience with a focus on social media, events, and copy writing ideally in a professional services firm or a global media organization; international experience a plus

Experience with communications platforms such as Figma, Sprinklr, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, etc.

Very strong written and spoken English language skills

YOU'LL WORK WITHYou will have broad contact across the global marketing functions as well as Practice Area and local marketing teams involved in the associated projects as well as with the MDPs involved in event activities.
