WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Marketing Web Specialist, you will work in a growing global team at the forefront of scaling best-in-class marketing channel and platform strategy and performance. You will work with the global web team in coordinating and publishing strategic thought leadership and commercial content on bcg.com to deliver marketing outcomes. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to distill and optimize content for websites, surface data-driven insights, and support web projects that drive forward progress for the team.YOU'RE GOOD ATYou have a foundational level of expertise in developing, curating, and promoting content across digital channels paired with a deep desire for learning and expanding your skills. You are thoughtful, detail-oriented, proactive, excel in multitasking, and are a clear communicator.YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Bachelors degree required2-4+ years of relevant experiencePrior experience with CMS applications - (Brightspot preferred)

Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare a plus)

Experience in project management and collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, Wrike, SharePoint)

Photoshop and Figma skills a plus, but not required

Familiarity with MS Office suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic understanding of SEO and UX

Ability to quickly learn new technologies and skills

A team player and collaborating effectively with a geographically dispersed team
