Job Summary:
The Art Director will report into the Executive Creative Director on both the Shiseido and CPB brands. They will be responsible for supporting the ECD on 360 campaigns, digital content, giftset packaging and all in-store printed touchpoints.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Understands the beauty industry and able to translate the brand's needs into unique and compelling creative concepts based on the approved strategy & budgetsThorough understanding of the Digital World and provide clear vision on how to execute content across all platformsPhotography and videography expertise (must be able to support a photoshoot)Must be fluent in UX on all digital platformsParticipates in concepting 360 campaignsWork closely with the VM Production team to provide guidance on how to translate and execute creative for use in-storeWork closely with Procurement to source GWP's and giftset packagingParticipate in meetings with the brands, able to present creative concepts to Senior leadershipEnsure all final work meets internal/brand standardsFoster teamwork and a collaborative work environment. Inspires team morale and contributes to the overall Creative team cultureWorking Relationships/Key Stakeholders:
Member of the Creative team; works with Brand Partners, Visual Merchandising, Procurement and Production.Qualifications & Competencies:
5 years of Digital, Packaging and Retail experienceDemonstrated Photography and art direction experienceDemonstrated ability to produce and drive results across all platformsKnows how to use/execute all programs that are needed to create in-store and digital contentHigh taste level, and great aesthetic

Salary (Min-Max): $93,480.00 - $128,535.00
