Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to spearhead advertising, signage, and promotional marketing initiatives aimed at boosting leasing activity and enhancing guest experience.

Your efforts will be instrumental in crafting and executing compelling campaigns that extend our brand visibility, attract potential tenants, and drive business growth across both B2B and B2C markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertising and Campaign Management:• Develop, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and outdoor.• Collaborate with external advertising agency to produce compelling and effective advertising content.• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.• Coordinate closely with the Head of Marketing and the Director of Lease Marketing on all campaign activities.• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

Signage and Promotional Marketing:• Oversee the creation and placement of marketing signage and other promotional materials, including campus wayfinding signage and various environmental graphics.• Ensure all promotional marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall brand strategy and marketing objectives.• Coordinate with the development and property management teams on campus wayfinding projects.

Team Collaboration and Management:• Assist the Head of Marketing in developing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.• Work closely with cross-functional teams leasing, property management, events and development to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.• Project manage advertising and signage efforts for the team.• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.

Work Environment:• Be present on-site 5 days a week to become thoroughly familiar with our property and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on advertising and promotional initiatives.• Command of performance media including budget allocation, audience identification, creative strategy, and optimization• Experience working with advertising agencies and managing freelancers.• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Airtable).• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.• Candidate should be prepared to show examples of past campaigns / executed work.

Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in commercial development, real estate, or other large properties or institutions.• Understanding of property marketing.• Proven experience working with real estate brokers or a strong understanding of the broker market, including familiarity with their needs and how to effectively market to them.• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools and strong understanding of advertising analytics.• Knowledge of graphic design and visual content creation.
