The Project Manager must manage all factors that determine project success to ensure delivery within time, cost and quality parameters. Client centric is in your DNA and your ability to work with diverse backgrounds and personalities is critical. This role requires strong leadership to work collaboratively with every department – including strategy, design and experience, technology, and data. Success comes via strong overall technical and web development knowledge, experience with various technical platforms and software with a strong background in web project management. Responsibilities :
Guide projects from inception to completion by facilitating team productivity across all disciplines - using a full scope and breadth of user interaction, design, content, development and production of project towards achievement of goalDevelops and maintains project schedules, contributing to all of our success by ensuring internal and external teams are alignedConsults with web project team to plan, estimate, and manage budget targets to achieve overall goal of on budget deliveryManages projects towards reducing and eliminating risk. Anticipating necessary contingency plans and responds mindfully for resolutionsContinuously communicates with all stakeholders to ensure complete service and delivery expectationsManages by proactively addressing potential client issues to minimize customer services issues and to facilitate the effective communication of changes to project scope and structureEffectively manages stakeholder relationships for long term opportunitiesExercises leadership for the team by demonstrating strong work ethics, mature interactionsAdopt and promote processes and tools that will increase project efficiency amount the broader organization
Qualifications :
3+ years’ experience in agency project management that specialize in delivering full scale website redesignsBachelor’s Degree preferredCandidate must be detail oriented, organized and an efficient time managerCandidate should possess a clear understanding of the principles of Project Management and appropriate methodologies and processesClear and concise written and verbal communicationProven ability to meet deadlines and to deliver to budgetAble to be flexible and tolerate ambiguity while still operating effectivelyComprehend Functional Requirements and Business documentationEmergent understanding of MS Office toolsExperienced with managing projects utilizing Drupal, Sitecore, Wordpress, or other equivalent CMS
