Where you come inAs a Senior Field & Growth Marketer USA, you are responsible for driving demand through field and demand generation programs to meet or exceed revenue goals for the region's sales teams.

You will develop and drive targeted B2B SaaS marketing programs to generate awareness, and a quality pipeline, and move prospects through the sales cycle. This position requires some experience across verticals, as well as managing events and C-level executive programs.

In addition, you must successfully collaborate with sales teams, marketing peers, and product stakeholders, as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in an ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organised self-starter with a natural curiosity to test and learn.

This role will be focused on go-to-market and demand-generation strategies for the USA. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing, with a dotted line to the USA Managing Director.

How we workKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation plan aligned with our business goals and sales objectives for the USA.Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape to tailor regional marketing tactics effectively.Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (implementing ABM where relevant) and promotional activities to generate leads and pipelines for our SaaS platform.Maintain the USA events calendar, targeting IT leaders and influencers in the buyer's journey during key regional moments to ensure SIG is continuously top of mind for new audiences.Own and drive logistics and execution of all planned events, including 3rd party industry conferences, SIG-driven virtual and physical event series, and regional hospitality field events.Localize digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the global marketing team - including, but not limited to, paid advertising, PR/media, social media, and partnerships.Work closely with the USA sales teams to align marketing and sales strategies to maximize marketing ROI.Develop and implement lead generation and nurturing strategies to attract and engage IT leaders and C-suite executives.Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and sales teams, recommending adjustments to improve effectiveness.Key Regional Metrics:

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaSProven track record of developing and executing successful regional marketing campaignsStrong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and sales, and experience working with SDRs and BDRsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide sales teams.Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Ability to create compelling content aligned with global content and product strategyAbility to analyze data and derive actionable insights.Native-level fluency in English.
