Responsibilities

Creative, practical design layouts to meet customer's needsRead and understand drawings/blueprintsSpace planning and specificationInstallation coordination/project managementManage multiple projects at the same timeConsultation with client to determine function and needs of the projectDevelopment and presentation of proposals to the clientAssists with bid or proposal responses by assembling collateral materialProvide installation crew with necessary, accurate informationAbility to calculate figures, square footage, proportions, percentages, area, and discountingMust maintain knowledge regarding building code and ADA complianceAdherence to RCF Group process, procedures, and policiesExplore and identify new opportunities to add or enhance professional services with existing clientsWork both independently and within a team structureContinue to grow in field through seminars, trainings, vendor meetings, trade shows, and other possible industry eventsParticipate in selected marketing and business development opportunities to continue to learn and growQualifications

Interior Design degree - 2 or 4 yearWorking knowledge of AutoCAD and/or RevitFamiliarity or experience with CET Design and Project MatrixCommercial Interiors backgroundKnowledge of design techniques, tools, and principlesKnowledge of materials, to include but not limited to textiles, flooring, paints, and wallcoveringsExcellent oral and written communication skillsProven organizational, planning and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple responsibilitiesHigh attention to detailAbility to work both independently and within a team based environmentProficient in Microsoft Office suite of productsSelf-motivatedFlexibility/Willingness to travel, if needed
