Integrated Marketing Coordinator
opportunity with a local airline in Honolulu, HI. This position is on-site.
The Integrated Marketing Coordinator must be extremely well organized, a great communicator and team player.This is a fulltime temporary contract estimated length: 8 months, could be extended.
Duties of the position:
Create and maintain timelines for the integrated marketing projects within the Asana project management tool.Attend and occasionally lead/facilitate weekly Integrated Marketing team meetings and any other key meetings associated with the projects.Assist with managing the annual marketing calendar.Support the drafting/creation of project briefs.Communicate project updates to the broader integrated marketing team.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements/Preferred Skills:
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.Extremely organized with tasks and workload planning.Able to manage and execute from a list of varying assigned tasks.Strong project management skills.Flexible attitude and able to work cross-departmentally.Detail-oriented and able to spot issues with timelines and identify opportunities for improvement.Preferred Skills:
Experience using a project management software such as Asana, Wrike, Monday or Trello.Experience in an administration, marketing or communications role.Project management experience.Tech-savvy - able to easily adopt new technology and/or software.Proficient in MS Office software, specifically Outlook, SharePoint and MS Teams.Duration and Pay Rate: Estimated 5 month contract this position pays $22.00/HR and is a full time role.
