We do this with an online ecosystem of solutions ranging from accounting to invoicing, payroll to time tracking, payments and lending.Part of the U.S. Marketing team for QuickBooks, the Mid-Market Marketing Team is seeking a highly motivated product marketing professional who is excited to make an impact through one of Intuit’s 5 Big Bets: Disrupt the Small Business Mid-Market. The ideal candidate is a self-starting strategic thinker with experience translating market, product, and customer insights into strong product and marketing strategies while influencing and partnering cross-functionally to bring their bold visions to life. The role will focus on partnering with segment product marketing, product management, sales marketing and sales teams, synthesizing our ecosystem Mid-Market strategy into the most critical channel priorities across audience segments. You’ll be challenged to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and have a big impact on our mid-market customers’ lives, their livelihoods, and the QuickBooks brand trajectory with this customer.Responsibilities

Become the subject matter expert within your scope of responsibility maintaining a deep understanding of Mid-Market businesses through customer interviews and Follow Me Homes, sales calls and feedback, and accountant feedback.Become an expert in the QuickBooks ecosystem of products through tight partnership with Product Management.Partner with our 3P team to help shape the Mid-Market strategy for third party apps and drive execution.Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and market trends in the Mid-Market space, staying up to date on how new technologies and go-to-market strategies are shaping the industry.Develop a Mid-Market segmentation and identify value pools within subsegments to guide prioritization.Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from voice of the customer, our sales team, product usage, competitive dynamics, and the market landscape to create product and go-to-market strategies with relevant value propositions, reasons to believe, and proof points that differentiate QuickBooks from competitors.Develop a framework to determine and prioritize what is of most value to Mid-Market businesses, calculate the market opportunity, and develop business cases in partnership with product management, finance, analytics, and sales.Contribute to pricing and package strategy based on customer and competitive insights as well as business growth targets.Make go-forward recommendations and present and share learning and recommendations across the organization.Minimum Requirements

BA/BS required, or equivalent work experience. Experience in SaaS companies, B2B marketing, or consulting. Equivalent experience will be considered.5-8+ years professional experience in strategy, product marketing, or product management.Ability to translate consumer insight and business strategies into great execution.Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver amazing outcomes.Demonstrated ability to prioritize across a vast array of product solutions and initiatives.Solid verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills, as well as an effective communicator at all levels.Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results.Track record of making principled, data-based business decisions balanced with experienced judgment.Strong project management skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.Strong organization navigational skills, including ability to lead and influence without direct authority.Ability to think about ambiguous or complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations.
