You’ll manage the day-to-day operations, from front desk management to customer experience, ensuring everything is on point while proactively identifying areas for process improvement and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Team Leader:

Lead, mentor, and motivate our administrative team. You’ll be the one they look up to for guidance, scheduling, training, and professional development. Creating a positive, high-performing work environment is your jam.

Social Media Manager:

Take charge of our social media presence. Create, curate, and post engaging content that resonates with our audience. From Facebook to Instagram to YouTube, you’ll be our voice, making sure our community feels connected and inspired.

Communications:

Develop and manage our communication strategies, ensuring we maintain strong communication with our clients and staff. You’ll craft newsletters and other materials that effectively promote our programs and events.

Data-Driven Decision Maker:

Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of our social media and communication efforts. Use that data to make smart, informed decisions that keep us ahead of the curve.

Lifelong Learner:

Make professional development a priority. We want someone who’s always looking to improve and grow their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

A proven leader with experience in both administration and communications.

Detail-oriented and reliable with exceptional organizational skills.

Driven and motivated to see projects through to completion.

Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Strong understanding of email, web navigation, and basic computer-based tools.

Experience with social media, content creation, and community engagement.

Excellent time management skills.

A commitment to excellence and a drive to always raise the bar.

Bonus points if you’ve got experience in sales and marketing.
