CBRE Communications & Marketing Manager

Location: Pierre, South Dakota (Remote - US)JOB SUMMARYCBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions organization believes that every place of work can be a competitive advantage for our clients and works with them to make real estate a meaningful contributor to organizational productivity and performance.We are looking for an experienced, creative, and dynamic internal Communications & Marketing Manager who is passionate about employee culture and loves to use different forms of communication to connect and engage employees across an organization.In this role, you’ll be a key leader of the Communications team, responsible for leading and inspiring a team of communication professionals, driving strategic communication initiatives, programs, and employee engagement.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide strategic oversight for our comprehensive communication program, including internal communications for employee engagement, talent marketing, people (HR) communications, and language compliance.Establish annual goals and key performance indicators for the communication program.Coach and develop team members, providing growth opportunities and performance feedback.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communication strategies.Establish relationships with key stakeholders to understand community needs.Provide our account leaders with communications support and counsel.Act as air traffic control for various internal communications.Oversee all internal communications, ensuring coherence and alignment.Oversee talent management deliverables.Support the development of quarterly business reviews for the client.Oversee employee storytelling program.Engage in video editing and producing high-quality video content.Drive the expansion of digital channels.Ensure language compliance across communication materials.Elevate communication programs through process efficiencies.Provide thought leadership and visionary direction for the team.Make data-driven decisions to refine strategies.Other duties may be assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESProvides formal supervision to individual employees within a single functional or operational area. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies.QUALIFICATIONS6+ years related communications experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated understanding of operations and business processes.Experience in driving and supporting organizational growth.Strong interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage change effectively.Ability to analyze and interpret data.Proven track record in developing key messages.Passion for communications, creativity, and storytelling.Strong project management and organizational skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSKnow how to leverage multiple channels for communications.Ability to manage multiple communication projects simultaneously.Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university, preferably in a writing-intensive and/or Humanities discipline.Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.COMPENSATIONThe minimum salary for the Communications & Media Manager position is $90,000.00 annually, and the maximum salary is $115,000.00 annually.
