JOB SUMMARYThe Digital Product Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing strategy and tactical management of all channels to drive highly qualifed traffic and conversions for Baylor Scott & White Health's product and services portfolio. This leader will partner with Product management and strategy teams, Digital marketing channel managers, and several cross-functional marketing stakeholders to build and execute successful campaigns aimed at acquisition and rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have deep digital marketing background and proven success across paid and organic tactics. They'll have experience in D2C business and have a product marketing mindset.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLECreate and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaign plans to drive customer acquisition strategies through investments in paid search, paid social, display, email, SMS and organic channelsPartner with Product management and marketing teams to develop and optimize customer-centric go-to-market strategies across the full funnel of awareness, consideration, and conversion for new product launches and recently-launched products.Use platform-specific analytics tools to better understand how to optimize within and across channels, platforms, and devices.Collaborate with analytics teams to understand how our marketing channels are impacting the customer composition and behaviors.Responsible for turning data into actionable insights using analytics & platform tools, which currently include Amplitude, CRM data, in addition to channel-specific tools.KEY SUCCESS FACTORSExperience leading digital marketing campaign strategy development and implementation, particularly for consumer-focused products and servicesCollaborative by nature and comfortable sharing responsibility and co-creating with peers in other departmentsData-driven critical thinker with an advanced knowledge in digital marketing and/or social channel development and executionStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendationsStraightforward, honest and succinct communicator across a variety of organizational levels, audiences, and formatsThrives in working on multiple quick-moving projects in an agile, ever-changing environmentProficient in web analytics tools like Amplitude or similar, Adobe suite, Microsoft Office tools, CRM software, and marketing automation toolsBENEFITSOur competitive benefits package includes the followingImmediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%Tuition ReimbursementPTO accrual beginning Day 1Note: Benefits may vary based upon position type and/or levelQUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualificationEXPERIENCE - 5 Years of Experience
