The Role:
As our Marketing Director, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's expansion. Based in either Denver, CO or Las Vegas, NV, you'll have the opportunity to:
Craft and execute game-changing marketing strategies across B2B and B2C channels
Lead and inspire a talented team of marketing professionals
Collaborate with sales and executive teams to align marketing efforts with ambitious company goals
Spearhead lead generation campaigns that convert prospects into loyal customers
Develop compelling marketing materials that showcase our products' unique advantages
Identify opportunities for product differentiation and drive innovation in the market
Establish metrics and reporting systems to improve our marketing effectiveness continuously
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in lead generation and conversion
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams to achieve extraordinary results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Data analysis expertise to uncover insights and optimize strategies
A creative problem-solving mindset and passion for marketing innovation
Willingness to travel up to one week per month (valid passport required)
