Key Responsibilities:Campaign Coordination:Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels.Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.Content Creation:Develop and manage content for marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, company swag, and website updates.Source, edit, and proofread content to maintain accuracy and consistency.Event Management:External:

Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.Internal:

Assist in organizing product trainings, company town halls, and global sales conferences.Manage logistics such as venue booking, materials preparation, and attendee communication.Manage the inventory of promotional materials for trade shows, customer and partner events, as well as company events and activities.Administrative Support:Maintain and update marketing operations, including databases, project tracking, and budget management.Prepare reports on marketing activities and performance metrics.Social Media Management:Help manage social media accounts, including scheduling content, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance.Monitor social media trends and contribute to strategy development.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.Graphic Design Background required. Proficiency with Creative Cloud Suite and Canva for creating professional-grade visuals and marketing materials.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, DAM, SaaS).Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking with a problem-solving attitude.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Preferred Skills:Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).Familiarity with DAM systems, sales automation tools, and SEO/SEM practices.Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Flexible working schedules with a hybrid work option.
