Be part of a team that's setting new standards in global communication.What You'll DoDevelop, implement, and evolve an effective global communications strategy for go-to-market (GTM) and Customer Excellence (CEx) teams.Leverage new and innovative communications channels to dramatically reduce the reliance on email while increasing the efficacy of communications.Review, assess, and streamline communication target lists, groups, and audiences.Develop internal communications such as newsletters, internal web-portal posts, email announcements, and video productions.Create a series of videos for various audiences and message content for use in multiple scenarios.Standardize communications programs and processes across the organization.Assist functional leadership in their communications to the field.Measure, manage, and report communications program metrics to leadership.What You'll NeedInternal communications expertise, skilled at driving awareness and engagement with employee audiences; experience with sales employees is a plus.Ability to produce original content in various media, including email announcements, executive communications, PPT presentations, video storyboards, and scripts.Superb verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading, layout, and design. Writing that is engaging, frank, and avoids fluff and jargon.Innovative communication approaches and technologies across multiple platforms, e.g., Slack, Seismic, etc.Excellent project management skills. Must be able to handle several projects simultaneously.Deadline-driven with an ability to take initiative to pursue leads and track down information.DEI StatementCybersecurity is a community effort.
