is looking for a

Marketing Specialist

to join our team. This role will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to develop and execute marketing campaigns designed to drive demand and generate high-quality leads. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the creation and deployment of integrated marketing campaigns that generate brand awareness, create leads, influence and build pipeline, and accelerate deals through the pipeline, ultimately resulting in new business revenue. This role reports to the Marketing Manager.How you will do it:Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive new contacts, convert leads, and engage previously un-engaged audiences.Identify and target contacts through various channels, manage lead qualification scoring, and set up automated workflows to nurture contacts through the funnel.Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, optimizing the use of marketing campaigns, tools, and materials.Create playbooks tied to marketing campaigns to support sales follow-up and alignment efforts.Leverage and manage the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, BigMarker, Asana, and Canva, to streamline and scale marketing efforts.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, provide regular reports, identify insights, and recommend actionable plans to optimize programs.Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in demand generation to continuously improve marketing program effectiveness.Report on the status of budget requirements, goals, and KPIs to effectively contribute to revenue goals.Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data within the CRM and marketing automation system.What we look for:University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in corporate marketing, preferably in a B2B market and/or SaaS industryProven track record of creating marketing programs, including executing and running campaigns to drive qualified leads into the sales pipelineComprehensive understanding of audience segmentation, persona or contact targeting, and behavioral targetingExcellent written and oral communication plus interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with marketing automation, project management, and other sales tools preferred (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana).Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (email, virtual meetings, MS Office).
