Summary: We are looking for a Social Media Director with a minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of leading and managing a team to achieve outstanding results. This role requires near-native English proficiency and the ability to present effectively in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across all platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team to ensure successful execution of campaigns and projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media initiatives. Deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients, showcasing campaign performance and insights. Utilize social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content tailored to each social media platform. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the execution of social media campaigns. Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all social media channels. Qualifications Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required English Resume is required Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent presentation and client-facing skills. In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
