Marketing Systems Specialist
will oversee all collateral in a digital asset management system, Canto, to ensure all materials are easily accessible for the marketing team and all ESS employees.What you'll do:Manage digital asset management system, Canto, and oversee the structure for all Marketing's digital assetsDefine and continuously evolve asset management best practices, including uploading, organizing, naming, and tagging for content optimizationMake approved assets available for consumption by assigning permissions and notifying users of new and available contentCreate and maintain portalsProvide monthly training for new users on Canto and marketing programsCreate tip sheets on the best practices for using the systemInform users of updates on new features and enhancementsCollaborate with other marketing team members to create strategies for the organization of materials
Our ideal candidate will have the following:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experienceExcellent analytical thinking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-taskAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, both orally and in writingAbility to work independently or on a teamAbility to learn new systems quicklyExperience with a digital asset management (DAM) system, a customer relationship management (CRM) system, Microsoft Office, and other marketing software, a plus
Additional Information:This full-time position has a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and paid time off. This position is a hybrid schedule. Candidates must be able to work onsite in our Jacksonville, FL, office.
