Along with producing compelling interior designs for architectural projects in a wide variety of market sectors, the Director of Interior Designwill lead the firm's interior design work and partner with the Marketing Team to enhance strategies that strengthen existing client relationships, develop new client relationships, and secure new project opportunities. You will work with the Principals and Executive Team to promote the architectural and interior design team, with the goal of expanding interior design services. Working with clients and project teams, you will elevate design in disciplines and markets, to develop design excellence and client relationships. With the Principals, Studio Leaders, Interior Design Manager and Executive Team, you will co-lead and support design, business development, and staff development objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture or equivalent10+ years of commercial interior design experienceNCIDQ and/or CID certification requiredProject Management experienceStrong portfolio and reputation within the design industryLEED accreditation and experience with sustainable projects a plusProficiency in Revit, Microsoft Suite, and Enscape, with a focus on 3D presentationsJoin us and become part of a dynamic leadership team where your talents will directly impact the future of design.
