As an Interior Designer at Olivia Erwin Interiors, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects, and oversee all aspects of the design process from concept development to final installation.QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or ArchitectureSeveral years of experience working as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing various design projectsProficient in industry-standard design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent knowledge of design principles, color theory, and materialsAesthetically aligned with Olivia Erwin InteriorsExcellent and efficient at sourcingReputations & knowledge of vendorsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team membersAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practicesAbility to work independently and autonomouslyPositive attitude and a passion for interior design
