What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Creative Manager with a background in copywriting to join the Brand and Creative team. Reporting to the Interim Associate Creative Director, Copy, the successful candidate will lead a team of copywriters while contributing to the daily production of creative content.

This role requires a versatile copywriter with 6-8+ years of experience across various media, including social, digital, video, email, events, and print. The Creative Manager, Copy, will collaborate closely with designers, video editors, creative directors, and key stakeholders across the company to produce content that effectively enhances ServiceTitan's presence and pushes our brand forward.

In addition to strong leadership abilities, the successful candidate must have a passion for storytelling and a knack for transforming sometimes complex subject matter into concise yet compelling messaging that resonates with the audience.

What You'll Do:Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of copywriters, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.Oversee, manage, and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.Develop engaging and persuasive high visibility copy for a broad spectrum of media including social media posts, digital campaigns, video scripts, print materials, and more.Work closely with designers, video editors, and partners from various departments to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging.Facilitate efficient workflows and processes for the copywriting team, ensuring smooth project execution from concept to completion.Liaise with key stakeholders to understand project requirements, set expectations, provide updates, and integrate feedback into final deliverables.Maintain high standards of copy quality, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.What You'll Need:

6-8 years of professional copywriting experience (in-house or agency) with a proven track record of success across multiple media platforms and campaigns.1-2 years of experience leading a team of copywritersExperience writing conversational, engaging, and relatable copy for large-scale B2B technology.Demonstrated experience managing a team of copywriters or creatives.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a non-negotiable eye for detail.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.An instinct for storytelling and a knack for storylines that resonate with diverse audiences.An ability to adapt writing style to different media and audiences.A strong portfolio demonstrating well-developed concepts and execution.A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Nice to have: Asana, Jira, or other project management system*Additional Requirement: candidates must submit online portfolio of copywriting work

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $105,000 USD - $150,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
